brief introduction on the developer, Richard Lemire, born
in Quebec, lived in Vancouver 1984-1991 before moving to
Costa Rica where I call home now.
In
1991 I built the Hotel California in Manuel Antonio, and
I administrated the hotel for 9 years before selling in
2000. From there I moved down the street to create the
Manuel Antonio Estate. Now 5 years later, Manuel Antonio
Estate offers 6 prime vacation homes, 2 apartment buildings,
The RainDrop SPA, The Showroom (furniture and decoration
store) and Manuel Antonio Estate sale and rentals office.
We also offer 3km of hiking trails, protected green area
on 80 acres of land on the main road to Manuel Antonio
Park. With a condominium project at an early stage in
2006, Manuel Antonio Estate is leading the way for gated
communities.
